It is really hard to put into words what happened last night. I think this photo from John Bull pretty much sums it up though.

We are not ashamed to tell you that standing on that stage we were literally shaking. I know so many bands say this but, we did not expect to win the award, we really didn’t, well Luke said it was 50/50 
We are just three lads from Birmingham who adore what we do. We want to play music and make people smile. It ain’t cool, it ain’t hip but it is just us. The out pouring of love and support we all received last night was unbelievable and we cannot thank you enough for it.
I tried to thank as many people on the night as my tiny little frazzled brain could remember as the imposter syndrome was kicking in hard by this point. I’m sure I missed people out and for that I do apologise to you. x
It hasn’t really sunk in today and I don’t think it will for a while.
We will move mountains for emerging bands and if we can open the door for people to walk through we will. Just as Laurence Jones, Chantel McGregor and Dom Martin did for us.
